Here is the deal: I get a list of places all around the country once a week (Fridays) that a vacation company (Travel Advantage Network) wants to book for a week. They sell these weeks of time cheap because they want to fill them up-even if at a loss on occasion-because once the lease is done, they lose that time to book the lodging. I signed up for their vacation membership so I could do this. I am trying to pay off my membership fee (800 some bucks + 99 a year for renewal) so I take $100 off the top. I get offered the 8 days 7 nights for $200 and sell it to you for $300. I could use these myself but I can transfer them to whomever I want, so I would rather take 2 or 3 sweet vacations a year and make money on the side otherwise.

I am just one college kid from Milwaukee doing this by myself. I can sell these vacations to anyone because I bought their membership. That’s the benefit to you, you don't have to pay what I did. (800 some bucks + 99 a year for renewal) I don't work for the company, I'm just a customer trying to use this to my advantage. I just see an opportunity. How it would work: We would meet-up at a Starbucks or something like that then you actually call them yourself in front of me with my name and book the trip, then you pay me. The reason you need me is because I need to authorize the transaction first before they book with you. I asked the company if I could do this and they said they encourage it because of word of mouth. It makes sense from a business perspective.

If you check the weekly rates of the resorts on the list (Google them, I did), $300 saves you roughly $400 at least on a weekly rental, usually upwards of $350-$500, sometimes $1000. Especially the Vegas and Florida resorts. The units are all guaranteed to sleep 4 comfortably, with a bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room and a kitchen set-up. It's like a condo. It's not a dinky hotel room with 2 beds and a TV that doesn't work. If you want something that would sleep 6 I can get it for roughly $400-$500 depending. If you want to book 3 months or more in advance you can, but it would most likely be roughly $500 because of peak season and you get a MUCH larger selection of places to go (US, Carribean and Mexico), the $300 deal is only for the places on the list in the link below (because they are short notice). These places are nice, my friend and I went to Vegas through them (for $200 for the week’s lodging + airfare), it was slightly off the strip, real nice and roomy. AND 8 DAYS.

This is just lodging of course, no airfare or anything like that included.
