Im looking for a small toy or teacup size dogg for my girlfriend. She stays in a apartment so there is a dog size requirment, and a teacup or toy dogg would be perfect. We both attend a 4 year university with about 10,000 dollars a year apiece. so money is tight we are not trying to spend 2,000 dollars around 250 to 400 dollars can anyone help me please...!!!
