Level I Seminar June 6th.

Also available will be CDs and DVDs for the active exercises and two sitting meditations, including the most important and powerful meditation exercise in Spring Forest Qigong -- the Small Universe Meditation.

This is an all-day seminar on June 6th, beginning with registration at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
