This tablet (laptop you can write on) is brand new essentially: I have just had my tablet serviced, due to my expiring warranty, in an effort to "cash in". I had my motherboard, screen, keyboard, CPU, fan, hard drive and inner and outer casing replaced. I am giving an extra fan with it. I am willing to settle for a little less. I can give proof of the motherboard, CPU and hard drive being replaced. However, I can not give you proof of the screen, keyboard and fan. You will be able to tell though if you opened the casing up that they are brand new.It is a Toshiba Satellite R15-S822
