You probably are NOT aware that swimming pool companies DO NOT BUILD ANYTHING! You did read that right, when you call a swimming pool company they send out a "sales person", this person occasionally has some design skills, but some have just transitioned over from the USED CAR BUSINESS! (If you know what I mean). They may draw you a picture, convince you that if you don't "BUY TODAY" it will cost more later.... well the truth is, the cost is what it is no matter what time of year! THE DIFFERENCE IS they are willing to make "less profits" at certain times of the year. THEY ALWAYS USE SUBCONTRACTORS! Now sub contractors are not a bad thing, these are the people who "actaully" BUILD your pool, these are the folks with the knowledge, skills and talents. PROBLEM is you can't know who does a good job, what is a fair price, what materials actually "cost", and who will do you right. This is where I come in... I KNOW! I know who has the experience, who will show up when they say they will, who will HONOR their workmanship, who will charge you only what is due... I know who the best subs in the business are and I have PRENEGOTIATED their LOWEST possible prices (based upon MY TOTAL volume) to work on your swimming pool with no real middle man. Now you are probably asking yourself, "isnt this person on craigs list" just another middle man? The answer is NO. Here is what I do to earn my money. FIRST and foremost I am an accomplished award winning designer with OVER 17 years experience in DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of swimming pools. I can help put together the plans for the subcontractors to work off of. I can help with the plans necessary to obtain a permit, I can assist in creating not only a beautiful design, but a functional one as well (something that actaully works)
I will save you THOUSANDS on your pool equipment by buying direct... you can NOT do this on your own even if you wanted to, you would be forced to go through a retailer. MY FEE IS LESS than the amount you will save on equipment! I will also schedule and supervise the construction of your swimming pool, make sure the workmanship and bills are checked BEFORE you pay any contractor! (ask a pool company to do it this way!)

So to recap, we will build a beautiful swimming pool at a FRACTION of the cost, it will be the HIGHEST quality construction, the most efficient equipment on the market, and you only pay after work is complete? I am sure this is hard to understand ----- especially if you have ever built a pool before, but it is true. I have references, I have skill, and I have the BEST contractors in the AREA!
