We Focus on Your Needs by specializing in small to medium size meetings, conference centers are free from the mega conventions and events that can distract or overshadow your group in large hotels. With enough notice we are as flexible as you require Moment-to-moment changes in your schedule.

The EncompassC3 Conferencing Center is proud to be a cut above your average convention centre. We have been told we are unique to Omaha and we are justly proud of that. We have 4,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, our Center specializes in small to medium sized meetings, as distinct from the mega conventions and events centers that can distract and even overshadow a smaller group in large environments and doesn't give you that smaller intimate folksy meeting atmosphere, or from coffee shops which can be confining and at times noisy and without the privacy business people need. The larger Centers serve a particular clientele and service just as we do we tend think that we are more one on one with a hands on approach. We are totally committed to maximizing the productivity of smaller meetings (average size, _ to _ people) with dedicated, distraction-free conference space.

We also welcome pre weddings and social events, conferences, networking meetings, training seminars etc.

The primary purpose of our Conference Center is to provide the perfect environment for productive meetings that change behavior. There are two parts to accomplishing this purpose:

First, there is the physical property with such features as ergonomic chairs, tables which are both comfortable to be seated at and functional for every need. Appropriate lighting and acoustics that lends itself to a distraction free meeting space, all of which contribute to space that maximizes meeting creativity and productivity.

Included in our services is a full inventory of standard audiovisual equipment and advanced conference technologies. Our full-service office amenities include Teleconference Phone Systems with a T-1 bandwidth, fax, copies, printing, secured wireless internet, Projector available, Screen available, White board and conferencing web board available .Additional services also available are 3 offices that can be reserved from an hourly basis to even monthly timeframe the Center consists of an open space meeting area for seated or other functions. Our staff is always on site to set-up and support meeting presentations.

Importantly the Conference Center's is not tied to any catering services so the choice is yours who you wish to use or we can work out the details and save you the time by doing it for you.

Refreshments are offered as part of the service and at no cost is fresh hot gourmet coffee, iced tea or hot chocolate. A vending machine is on site for those who want sodas and candy at below store cost.

The second part of the Conference Center is its operational approach to meetings. EncompassC3 promises personal service for each group or individual so the feeling is always that you are being looked after as if you are the one client instead of as a cattle call situation.

Our primary purpose is to look after what we consider to be the business community that needs support, the small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. Business people who are on the go day in day out and need a place to meet with clients in a quite convenient place that has professional surrounds and the technical support without costing you a fortune. Virtual Offices are also available for the business that needs the occasional use tied with a professional address and phone line.
