I'm looking for a free small puppy, either a teacup or any dog that stays small. I'm about to move out of my parents house to go to college and I've always wanted a small dog and I can finally get one. The only problem is I don't have the $600 to buy one. But don't get me wrong, I have the funds to care for the dog and provide everything it needs. I am a very responsible and person, I just need the dog to give the love to.
