Having trouble starting up your computer? Does it run slowly, takes forever to load a program, the internet, CDs or software? Do you have error messages appearing everywhere you see - or just random things you just can't even identify?

Not to be cliché, but you've come to the right place!
We are a small, local area computer maintenance team. Based in Eastlake, OH, our techs have years of experience in computer hardware, software, networking and other computer related concepts. We support software-specific problems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Windows programs such as Windows Media Player, Desktop/Display issues, and much more.

What we do is evaluate the issue in-home; if the issue may be fixed in an hour or less, we will repair your computer in-home for your convenience.
If the issue requires detailed attention or a long period of time to fix, what we do is take the PC back to our shop, estimate the exact amount of time it took to repair, and bill by the hour. (Rates and details below)

Rates:
We are flexible, and we understand times are rough... all you need is one less hassle to worry about -
Repairs one hour or under: $40 (Flat rate! No matter what the issue)
Repairs 2-24 hours: $10 per hour
Any issue that may need maintenance over 24 hours will be discussed prior/during repair for cost.
Agreement to cost is established upon in-home evaluation.

Disclosure: After evaluation of issue and before any repair is made, a contract will be introduced to the customer, to agree to amount paid for services, and for time spent on repair (for our technicians), to ensure no scams or fraud be implemented. You will receive a copy of this agreement for your records.
