I live out by Broadway and Keene in a nice 2-story duplex with one other roommate (female). Due to health issues I have to leave and am looking for someone, preferably female, to take over my room/rent through mid-July.
The rent is $330/month, available on the 1st and April's rent will be covered by me. The neighborhood is nice and about 3 minutes from Stephen's Lake Park and Clover's Natural Food stores (by car). It is also just 2 miles east of downtown.
The house itself is dog/cat friendly and has a small fenced in backyard. There's a dishwasher and laundry facilities in the house. There should be 2 bedrooms availble to you (the other roommate has the master room) and there are 1.5 baths. Lots of space if you need it :)
The person you would be living with is a nursing student and often not home but very respectful, responsible and easy going.
