Small bedroom for rent in a 2 bdrm/1.5 ba townhome nr. the State Farm Park and Norristown High School. There's a bus stop at the end of the complex that connects with the Norristown Trans. Ctr. The room is partially furnished with a TV and dresser. However, renter would need to bring their own bed. I am a professional 41 yo woman who is very neat and down to earth. I do not drink, smoke nor party and would expect the same. The bedrm is small but comfortable. I currently house a small fish aquarium which is almost silent as well as my desk. However, the desk can be moved out or to the corner to accommodate the renter. This arrangement is for someone who is looking for something for a short timeframe of 1-3 months.
