Now you can use the services of Mod Pods Décor no matter where you live, even overseas! All you need to do is contact Mod Pods Décor to receive your design forms, submit photos and measurements of the room you want designed. $150 - each additional room - (when both rooms are booked together)

HOME/OFFICE ORGANIZATION:

$55 per project- 1-2 hour service session (one site visit)
$100 per project - 3-4 hour service session (one site visit)
$175 per room - one day de-clutter and clean up (two site visits)*
$225 per room - kitchen or garage organization (two site visits)*
*price is subject to a six hour service time

HOME STAGING:

Transform your home for the real estate market by rearranging existing furniture and accessories. Give your prospective home buyers a great first impression.
$100 - one hour, $70 - each additional hour
Furniture rental is available for empty spaces - call for pricing

Clients located outside the west valley area may be subject to a .60cent mileage charge
