All you need to make these is water and a microwave. The kit comes complete with cake mix, frosting mix, sprinkles, a candle, a measuring cup, and a spoon. The recipient adds water, stirs, and microwaves. That's it.

Cakes are 4 inches round. Approx. cook time in the microwave is 1 minute and 45 seconds. (Please watch your cake; times may vary depending on your microwave.)

All ingredient packs are dry. Cakes are made by just adding water. A child can do it; a college student living in a dorm can do it.
