I am looking for Andrea Lohoefener who breeds pitbulls in parkersburg and whose mother-in-law Angie is manager at Hardee's on Southside of Parkersburg, she bought a puppy from me on 11/21/08 with a balance due of 150.00 to be paid in full by February 1,2009.
