i am looking for a small or teacup sized dog that will only reach up to 4 lbs. but i can't afford to pay a lot of money for one. i would provide a very loving home and it would be very spoiled and well taken care of. so if any one has any small pups available for adoption, free, or at a low price please contact me ASAP
