If you smoke, you need to do it outside, we are smokers also but outside only. No smoking in the house. We are not interested in druggies or heavy drinkers. Social drinking is fine. We are looking for someone who is extremely open minded, and uninhibited, of course, all behind closed doors. We are not flamers and are not really out, so we are in search of the same, we are in a very safe and conservative area. We are HIV neg and STD free. Your sexuality is not an issue as long as you have a complete open mind. The atmosphere here can be very pumped sexually, depending upon what you are into, and we are into a lot. Make no mistake about it, business comes first, so the rent is due on the first of each month, (not the second or third), regardless of what would ever occur here. You would have full use and access to the entire house. The rent is 460.00 per month including everything, except your food or meals. There is a 150.00 deposit required.
