I am a single graphic artist man living in a 4 bedroom house on a small mountain with a very beautiful view in northern Virginia and close to Washington DC. Of all the places that I have lived, I like it here the best. It is really different living near the top of a mountain - it only takes about 5 minutes to come down the mountain onto a main road and close to Interstate 66. This home is only about 25 minutes travel to Manassas, 35 minutes to Fairfax and 20 minutes travel to Winchester, Virginia. Lots of new shopping near by in Front Royal. The home is also about 1 hour drive to Washington, DC the nations capital. I am very close to the famous and beautiful "Skyland Drive Parkway" and the "Shenandoah Valley."
I am looking for a housemate that is honest and relatively clean. I respect other people's privacy and their need to be alone. I have redone my largest bedroom with fresh paint, television in your room, wireless Internet, new couch, very nice furniture with a full size bed. Also I am a part owner of a large family farm near by that we can talk about availability to camping, boating, hiking, hunting, fishing and swimming.
There is also an XBox 360, DirecTV, Windows PC and IMAC computers available in the home to share. Many people who have come to visit my home say that this feels like a vacation home. Beautiful places to walk, deer and other wildlife, and a beautiful view of the valley below from the back porch. I am an easy going person and easy to get along with.
