The Effective Free Classifieds

I am looking for a small breed dog. I thought I had the perfect one set up and was ready to start buying stuff for my new friend and then was told that the dog was given away right out from under me. I am really heart broken. I don't work and I have every moment to spend with my new freind. I have 3 other dogs and I love them all to death but I want a friend that will just want to be with me every moment. I am looking for no re-homing fee. I hope I can find another forever friend.
