I am studding my Yorkshire Terrier (Alexander). He is 2 years old (birthday November 30, 2006), is 2 pounds and is black with a silver, black and brown mask, brown boots, and he has the standard blue skin sought by AKC and CKC. He is currently in the process of being registered with the AKC (process takes a couple of weeks). I have his pedigree papers and shot record available.

Alexander is one of my baby boys and he is absolutely not for sale no matter the price. I am studding him for $200 (the fee is all I will accept as I am not interested in selling dogs (i will be to attached to sell them)).

I have a contract that I can send to anyone that is interested in Alexander for a stud. It covers both myself and the dames owners for all legal matters. I do require that the dame stays with me for the period of breeding (12 hours to 1 or 2 days) as Alexander does not leave my protection. Again, the contract covers the dames owners against anything happening to their baby while in my possession.

The two lovers will be placed in a secure area (my kitchen with toys, food and water, and will be blocked off so that they can get to know each other in a safe environment. If it is clear that the two do not get along, I will immediately separate them contact the dames owner to pick her up, and refund the full amount of their payment. Alexander is of excellent temperament and very playful with my mothers fixed female Lasa Apsa and his Yorky brother; however, it is not a guarantee that ALL dogs get along famously and they must meet and be watched to ensure both of their safety.

I do require payment up front as once the deed is done, then it is done and I cannot revoke that if an individual refuses to pay; however, the fee will be held in retainer until the dame leaves that way an individual that does not wish to leave their dog and the studding has not taken place, I can simply refund the amount. If the studding does not result in a pregnancy, then I welcome the owner to come back free of charge within a month of the initial studding and try again.
