WANTED: shih tzu or shih tzu mix.

no older than 3 yrs old. must be good with children over 8, a basset hound and a cat. i live in zip 21901. my children have been wanting a shih tzu for several months now.i cant afford a puppy, but im hoping that maybe someone has an older pup or young adult they might be looking to get rid of.
