As for me, I am a social worker and actress in my early 30's. I'm laid back, live healthy and things are clean and quiet, though I do love to host the occasional gathering. I basically work M-F and in the evenings I am usually at an acting or yoga class, sometimes working or seeing friends. I do have a cat, Milo, who is well picked up after.

My roommate who is moving out will take the couches, the dining room table and her bedroom furniture, so it will be partly-furnished.

If you've never considered this neighborhood, it's one of the last really nice, safe, affordable areas with a lot of parking, and central to ALL of Los Angeles. Three years ago, I was finally convinced to move away from the beach and I'm so glad I did! The right person will love this place. I look forward to meeting you!
