Some one out there is going to really make out off of our bum luck, and your cooking time so much more enjoyable! We registered for an 8 piece set of Calphalon cookware at Target. The long and the short of it is that we got two sets of these incredible pots and pans; and now Target won't honor their policy about returning items that were listed on our wedding registry with "Club Wedd". If you are not all that familiar with Calphalon there are 5 basic catagories/levels­ of their cookware : Cast Iron, Styleware, Stainless Steel, Hard Anodized, and Pro Series. The set we have is 2nd to the 'top of the line' Pro Series, which is the "Hard Anodized" style and is NON-STICK. It is BRAND NEW and still in the box. We registered for this cookware because my wife has had a Calphalon pot and skillet for quite some time and it certainly out performs the others (I've had a couple of decent sets prior to this and have no reservations in saying so).
