The apartment complex will take care of all your rent money. (I DO NOT OWN THIS APARTMENT!) You will have to have a cosigner (parent or guardian). If no cosigner, then there will be an $1,000 deposit. You do not have to pay anything moving in except for if you do not have a cosigner. We will also help out with first month rent if needed!
