I'm looking for someone who needs a place to live and understands that this is a business agreement. Nothing more nothing less.I will rent a room, bathroom, space in kitchen, and possibley share my office with you. Ideal candidate is honest, quite, clean, has no furniture , has and keeps steady income to pay your rent . Must pass background check and have references. I would really prefer just military. (I live like 3 minutes from the base) $500.00 would pay your rent and your half of everything (utilities, cable and wireless internet access).The room is furnished with a queen size bed (has adjustable firmness); nightstand, closet, TV and cable hook up. You have a private bath and the laundry area is shared. I have a 6 year old Jack Russell Terrier that has the run of the house:) Nah not really but I do allow him on the furniture and he stays in the house alone sometimes. I just recently got out the military (1 1/2 yr) and married a military member who is currently deployed for a year. I work for American Eagle and in school part time at Cisco. I'm a very quite, private, sincere, straight forward person and I keep to myself alot. I'll respect you, your space and belongings and ask that you do the same for me.
