The Effective Free Classifieds

I am looking for a small dog like a Chihuahua or poodle teenage daughter that is on chemo and has many health problems. Being that we recently purchased her a dog that we spent her Christmas money on for her early and the dog is very mean and bites all the time, we believe it is inbread, horrible disposition, I would like to find one for free or cheap.
