Inventory Databases
I develop high quality inventory databases from your real shelf inventory, purchasing files, and existing inventory data. I insure the appropriate identifying and purchasing information is associated with each inventoried item.

Inventory Plan Implementation

I will help you take full advantage of the hardware and software you already own, or I will recommend the right mix of technology, hardware and processes to fit your company’s unique needs and objectives.

Inventory Optimization

Having too much inventory can be just as bad as having too little inventory. I will help you to set appropriate min/max and reorder points and design an effective inventory optimization plan.

Warehouse Setup
I will analyze your inventory needs based on throughput and physical space, design a plan for each item, insure that it is properly labeled, counted, and accurately represented in your inventory management system.

Rates
I bill on a low hourly rate.

If you bring me in for a couple of days and then feel you are ready to finish the project yourself, that’s fine. If you later have a problem and just want me to give some quick advice, that’s OK too.
