I am looking for a responsible non-smoking male roommate. This person must be clean and clean up after himself. He also must be respect full of my home.
This is a new three bedroom two full bath ranch home. The dinning area overlooks the Great room with a wood burning fireplace. The Great room also has a large screen TV and reclining suede furniture. The kitchen and laundry room is fully equipped with all new appliances including soft water service.
The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable full size futon/bed and has a large wall closet with the bathroom next to it. The bathroom has a large five foot wide vanity and same size lighted mirror with a tub/shower combination.
The room rent is $350.00 per month including utilities plus a $350.00 deposit. The first month rent is due prior to move in. However an arrangement can be made for the payment of the deposit. A 30 day notice is required to prevent loss of the deposit amount.
Sliding glass doors led to the back yard and large patio. This is furnished with dinning table, chairs and a gas grill. Further improvement is planned for this next summer.
