3 Day, One Week and Four Week LC Weight Loss Boot Camps

GROUP I Women only 40+ 30 Groups: Women 40 yrs plus and at least 30 or more lbs to lose ...in our weight loss booth camp.

GROUP II Mixed Support Groups: Adult support groups with each participant looking to lose at least 30 plus lbs. Could include couples, mother/daughter, father/son, friends, co- workers etc. in our support weight loss boot camp program.
