A life settlement is the sale of a life insurance policy to a third party investor who will pay the policy owner an amount less than the death benefit, but more than the insurance company will offer, in turn for becoming the beneficiary. The third party investor will pay for the premiums for the life of the policy.

Client Qualifications:
-Age 56 - 70
-Face amount $100,000-$5,000,000
-Policy must be at least 2 years old and a convertible term
