| Have you always wanted a horse but didn’t want all the expenses? You come ride and we do the work. Vet bills paid by owner. Try a ½ lease! We currently have a few horses available for ½ lease at our private facility. Lease fee is $160 per month and ½ of the farrier expenses ($40.00) every 2 months. Must also be enrolled in lesson program (email or call for rates). Included in lease is use of horse and tack, indoor lighted arena, outdoor arena, trails, access to locking tack room, wash rack, etc. Trailering for clients is also available to shows, trail rides, cow sorting, etc. 4-H club on site.
