SOLD ****Delonghi Stand Mixer has a 7-quart capacity and an 800-WATT MOTOR it comes with a 40 oz blender, K Beater for mixing cakes, Balloon Whisk for whisking air into eggs and cream; and a Dough Hook for kneading bread dough.

Here are some examples of what this 7-quart machine can handle:

* Cake: 10 pounds
* Yeast dough: 3-1/4 pounds of flour; 5-1/4 pounds total
* Soft continental dough: 5-3/4 pounds of flour; 11 pounds total
* Pastry: 2 pounds of flour
* Mashed potatoes: 6-1/2 pounds
* Egg whites: 16
* Whipped cream: 4-1/2 pints
* All metal casing.
* The 7-quart stainless steel bowl has a transparent cover that prevents flour from clouding, especially when you are mixing large quantities, and keeps the bowl dust free when not in use. The lid is hinged so that you can add ingredients easily. Stainless steel is especially useful for keeping pastry cool when mixing and gives excellent results when whisking egg whites.
* Automatic electronic speed control with pulse maintains constant power regardless of the load.
* Three mixing tools perform specific baking tasks: a K Beater for mixing cakes, preparing pastries, and combining ingredients; a Balloon Whisk for whisking air into eggs and cream; and a Dough Hook for kneading bread dough. Replacement/extra­ mixing tools are available below.
