| We are a handyman service specializing in the upkeep and repair of properties by landlords and homeowners. Long term relationships are important to us. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
Our personalized service is unique as we will not sell or promote services you do not need: frank assessments will be made and estimates are done for free. We are aware of economic hardship for all and we will do our best to meet our customers needs. We want your business and we rely primarily on all our customers recommendations.
Currently we serve the Middlesex County of New Jersey, but, we have worked outside our area and even out of state for some of our customers owning properties or interests out of state.
Our services include and are not limited: groundskeeping, cleanup services, plumbing, electric, heating issues, home improvement, certificates of occupancy, inspection violations, new homeowner and expectant seller issues.
Even if you don't take advantage of our services you should call us first and take advantage of our free assessments and recommendations towards your investment. No shortcuts here, but, you will be pleasantly surprised to find reasonable rates and lasting results as our work is guaranteed within limits as agreed and thoroughly explained under contract for your lasting enjoyment.
