We are renting out 1 room (would consider renting two rooms) and included with the room is your own Private Bathroom and a living room all to yourself. The main area that is shared is the kitchen. Rent is $495 1/3 utilities per month and is a great deal since it is almost like having your own apartment plus you get a nice backyard to play in. It is a secluded and private home in a quiet cul-de sac. The location is great with easy access to shopping and is just minutes from Highway 36. Most any shopping you would need to do is just a short drive away.
The room and the living room both have some furniture in them so you do not need to bring your own. However there is not much furniture. The room has a bed and a desk. The living room has a tv stand and tv as well as a couch and a bookshelf. So if you have no furniture that is fine. If you have some furniture there is no problem moving this furniture somewhere else. You can use all or none of it if you want.
