1 Hour Boot Camp Training
Specially designed for ALL fitness levels, and age groups
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, muscular strength, mobility work, agility & quickness drills.
How often will we meet and where?
Participants will meet every Saturday or Sunday for one hour.
Kahala Park- Corner of Kilauea Ave & 22nd Ave, meet by tennis courts
NOTE: First Classes will be Sunday, November 2, 2008
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat or towel, water bottle, and running shoes.
What can I achieve?
You will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Learn the basic foundations of core training, exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, and increase stamina. Learn how to improve fitness and nutrition, and in turn, improve your performance.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. In addition, you will meet people who share your same passion for training and fitness.
What is the cost?
$25 per session
Personal trainers can typically charge $60 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by qualified coaches for a fraction of the cost
Individual sessions and video analysis are available upon request
