I am age 44, seeking a clean, quiet, cat friendly apartment to rent, preferably from a private owner. I am quiet, clean, reliable have good character and have good references. I am on disability income and do have some credit issues and unfortunately, an eviction on my credit from two years ago. I lost my job and could not pay my rent. Before that, I had excellent rental history for 15 years. I am originally from the Northern Virginia area. I am currently living in Tampa and renting from a private owner. I have lived here for one year and always pay my rent on time. I prefer the Sarasota area to Tampa and that is why I am seeking a new place in the coming year or earlier.
