Being a responsible shorkie breeder is NOT cheap, it take's genetic testing, great vet care, top quality food, LOTS time and a huge amount of of LOVE and DEVOTION to the shorkie breed. WE don't have shorkie puppies for sale, we have shorkie puppies for adoption.

It is our reasonability to make sure each and every shorkie puppy we bring into this world is in the utmost healthy condition.. Our shorkie puppy parents, mom's and adorable shorkie puppied deserve that.

Our Shih tzu moms and Yorkie dad goes through several genetic tests to insure they are the TOP quality we want to use in our breeding program. This allows us to make sure our Adults have no genetic faults they could pass on to their offspring. We want to produce ONLY the best genetically sound and healthy shorkie puppies .

When you are looking for your shorkie puppy you might see shorkie puppies for sale else where for a cheaper price. I would ask the breeder if they do any type of testing on the parents. Just because you are dealing with a cross breed baby dose not mean they won't have any issues, they can have any health condition the parents have, or any in their genetics. Some health issues can only be found by doing testing until the issue gets so bad that it starts affecting them.

If you see a low cost shorkie puppy I would say there is a 99.99% chance they don't do the testing we do. So it is hard to know the history behind the parents and what health issues they may have.

The most important question to ask your self is if saving a little bit of money now on the adoption fee of your new family member is worth waht is may the cost you in a few months?

Is it worth the cost or your families tears when your new family member has to be put to sleep at a young age because he can't walk due to bad knees, hip problems or seizures?

Is it worth the cost of watching your new family member suffer because the shorkie breeders did not do the testing that needed to be done, just because they wanted to save a dollar and did not care who got hurt.

Is it worth the cost thousands of dollars in vet bills when you low quality shorkie puppies develops a medical problem?
