We're a middle aged couple with jobs and do not do drugs or use alcohol so your monthly mortgage will be paid on time.
Prefer outside of city limits with well and septic. Will consider inside city limits. 2-3 bd, 1-2 bath with nice size yard. Must allow pets as we have 3 registered pomeranians that are well behaved and house broke.
The home can be older fixer upper (we'll do repairs in exchange for lower monthly mortgage), mobile home, modular, double wide, etc.
Our price range is under 75,000.00. We'd like to rent to own on a 12-24 month option to purchase.
