Before the puppies leaves us, they will have their first shots, deworming, heart testing done by a veterinary cardiologist, CERF testing, patellas checked, a vet certified health certificate, a 6 month health guarantee against any genetic defects, and will be registered with the NCA. Adoptive parents will also receive a very comprehensive informational packet of everything that we will be discussing by phone about their puppy's care. The packet will also contain all important documents. You will also receive a photo album of your puppy's first weeks of life, plus pictures of your puppy's parents, blanket, and toy.

We not only breed our puppies for beauty, but for temperaments. The puppies will be a least 97% or more piddle pad trained by the time they go to be with their new families.

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required to hold a puppy. If something were to happen to your puppy before delivery, then your deposit would be refunded to you in full, or you would also have the option to pick another puppy and keep you deposit down. The balance of the puppy, as well as the contract are due at least 1 week prior to delivery. We accept cashiers checks, money orders, and all major credit and debit cards over the phone.

Our puppies are delivered by a courier that will accompany your puppy in the cabin of the plane. She will delivery your puppy to your most convenient international airport. Her fee is generally $350, and $425 on the West Coast. She is paid directly at the time of delivery.

Pictures of our puppies are updated weekly, and extra pictures will also be emailed each week to our families that have committed to an adoption.
Mi-Kis are part Maltese, Japanese Chin, and Papillon. They were bred to be the perfect lap dog companion. They are highly intelligent, trainable little dogs. Extremely loving, calm, and also entertaining. They are wonderful for apartment living, travel easily, and require a minimal amount of excercise. Wonderful with children and older people, and are used often as therapy dogs. A perfect choice for those persons that have an allergy to regular dog fur. Mi-Kis have hair, not fur, are non-shedding and hypo-allergenic.
