Black mud is ideal for easing joint pains and purifying the skin. Apply a thick layer ( 2-3 mm) of black mud onto skin. Allow to dry approximately 15-20 minutes.
Remove with warm water, do not use soap. For cellulite and rough areas, splash skin with warm water, apply a thick layer of mud to the specific problem areas, then wrap with
linen cloth or foil paper and leave to dry. Rinse off with water.
