| Family farm has 2 12X12 stalls available to rent less than 1mi from the entrance to Rock Springs State Park and 3mi from Wekiva River State Park entrance. Both parks offer endless horse trails. We have 4 acres of cross-fenced pasture capable of containing small livestock as well as large. Barn is equipped with electric, water, wash area w/ cross ties, riding arena, feed and tack areas, and an irrigated pasture for those dry months. Stall rental of $300/mth includes daily turn-out, and us feeding 2X/day. You buy the feed and clean the stall. If you want us to clean stall and buy the feed, rent is $360 plus the cost of the feed you choose. WE DID NOT GET FLOODED WITH TROPICAL STORM FAY OR WITH THE HURRICANES IN 2004!! We are open to renting stalls to livestock other than horses.
