Troy is a very sweet old man. He changes disposition to suit who's riding him. He can be spirited enough for an experienced rider, or gentle enough for a beginner. Since he's getting older he's slowed down a little bit and can't really keep up with the younger, faster, gaited horses that we all ride. He would make an excellent pasture mate for another horse, or for gentle riding. Troy would not do well on endurance or for long distances. He also has trouble seeing at night. The darker it is the less he can see. As I said, he is a sweet sweet boy, and would make a great first horse! Price is negotiable
