Hi my name is Shelly, and Im a neat freak, so when I clean I do it the right way, I dont like to say well if you have this many rooms its this and if you only have this its that - because a person with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms might only take an hour if its upkept so why would you want to pay more than the messy neighbor who has a 2 bedroom?? way to confusing for customers- and it tends to get expensive, so i think an hourly charge is whats fair Im affordable and honest and would love your BUISSNESS-I charge 35 an hour a flat rate no matter what the task may involve- Usually a regular house cleaning if its done every week takes about an hour OR two and if you really need to get deep down into the nitty gritty it can take 3 or 4 hours - I ALSO DO CLEAN BEFORE AND AFTER PARTIES or MOVE IN AND OUTS IF YOU HAVE IT I'LL CLEAN IT -tons of references -JUST GIVE ME A CALL - 816-756-8318 HERES A LIST OF WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER

Clean outside of all appliances - Clean the microwave inside and outside, Dishes - Clean kitchen cabinets, stoves - Clean counter space and kitchen table; - Clean and dust the light fixtures and ceiling fans; - Wash, scrub and disinfect the sink; - All cabinets front are wiped free of dirt, grease and fingerprints; - Empty and clean wastebaskets; - Vacuum, scrub and mop the floor including corners - Wipe and polish stairs banisters; - Clean, vacuum and dust ceiling fans, wall ornaments, heater and air vents; - Vacuum and mop underneath rugs and mats; - Clean and polish light switches, doorknobs and handles; - Clean and hand wipe baseboards; - Remove all the cob webs from walls, ceilings and windows; - Clean and hand wipe window sills; - Dust, clean and vacuum lamps, lamp shades and LAUNDRY!! -Making beds and cleaning the bathrooms is only a small portion of my detailed services.
