| Children to age 14 are welcome (openings and times below). I have 15 years+ experience in childcare. I am open to days and evenings shifts, between the hours of 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM. No double shifts. I am also willing to work around school schedules, but cannot work on Sundays. I take few days off during the year. I am open on snow days and on other days that schools are closed. I am also willing to provide care for children of teachers, who do not work the full year.
Only cash, ASPIRE and Penquis vouchers are accepted, and I expect to be paid by Friday afternoon. * I ask for $3.10 per hour per child. If you do not qualify for help from Penquis or ASPIRE, and cannot afford the childcare rate, I will still work with you. Be fair, if you can afford it, as I have to live and support my family on my own. Discounted rate for those not qualifying is $2.00 an hour for 1 child, or $3.00 an hour for 2 children (siblings). BUT: You must provide healthy, easily preparable meals and snacks for your child(ren), as well as other items that I may nee for your child(ren). These items are mandatory, and I will give you a list of things to bring their first day.
* I provide walks and time at local playgrounds, fitness, nutrition education, play time. My home is mostly child-led. We are a family childcare home, so children will be running errands with us and be able to behave themselves generally.
* I will need to meet you and your children before providing any type of care. Be prepared to be interviewed, and provide medical and emergency information for each child.
OPENINGS: * 2 full or part time openings within the time limits mentioned above. * (These options are at $3.00 and hour only, no discounts) Need someone to care for your children while you run errands? Go out to dinner or lunch? Take a class at the local high school? Go to an appointment? Just need a few hours alone? Whatever the reason you need childcare, I am here for you.
