Exceptional patience, reasonable rates, no contracts.

I am a full-time professional tutor with eight years experience tutoring math, from elementary school to college level. Calculus is my specialty, but I can and have tutored all lower levels. I have also tutored special-needs students, including autistic students and a blind student.

I am a UIC graduate with a Master's degree in Pure Mathematics. I am working on improving my physics and chemistry skills for those of my students who need extra help.

I offer a satisfaction guarantee: if, after the first hour, you feel I haven't helped you, you owe me nothing. I do this because not every tutor is right for every student, and you shouldn't have to pay to find that out. For what it's worth, no one has ever taken me up on it.

My rate is $50 per hour. If you need additional time in any session, that additional time is $30 per hour, since I have no extra travel time. More discounts available on request. And there are no contracts to sign - you decide when to begin and end tutoring, according to your need. You are in complete control.

SPECIAL SUMMER RATE: From June 15th to August 31st, the summer rate is $40/hour for the first hour, with additional hours as above.

I usually meet students in their homes, but if you prefer, we can meet at a convenient coffee shop or library.
