If you've been looking for a lovebird in your local pet store, chances are... you come up empty handed. They are no longer importing the birds from Africa so there has been a shortage lately. I am a private breeder (breeding within my own stock). None of my birds have been imported, all have been born in captivity in the U.S

They are $35 each or $55 for a pair.

If you'd pair them up, here are your options.

Peachfaced Yellow/Green pied Male(green series) X Olive green peachfaced Female split to whitefaced

Or

Peachfaced yellow/green female (blue series) X Seagreen feachfaced male split to whitefaced.

I would not suggest splitting these pairs up however there are always exceptions.

The above pair are 8 months old, the bottom pair are 4 months old as well as the single.
