Marketable wool crop in demand by hand spinners. These sheep are considered a primitive breed, and are very intelligent and curious. They quickly become pets and even wag their tails. Easy lambing and protective mothering skills are the norm. Tails are naturally short so do not require docking. Their small size make them easy to handle. Shetlands come in a variety of natural colors--brown, black, grey and many patterns--as well as white. I have several ewe & ram lambs still available as well as wethers for fiber flock pets.
