Why don't we out of state,,, PROPERTY OWNERS in fla.,, get equal treatment and protection under fla. laws and our,, PROPERTY PROTECTED under the law like local residents do?? After all we pay more taxes on our homes,, then the instate residents do., Because we don't get the tax breaks the locals do.. The law inforcement didn't even look out and protect our home,, like they do for the local people...They Sheriff dept of brevard county did not put a stop to house invators, to stop the problem and allow people to repeatedly break into our home and nearly destroy it .. Then county started putting fines on our home for the breakin damages and hurricanes damage for broking tabs on the roof that weren;t even leaking.. The sheriff dept cause a lot of this by not protecting us as home owners..That was a clear violation of our civil rights by not giving us equal protection under the law.... I have continue to be levy by fines for the repairs to the roof and the windows,, that were repair over 1 1/2 year ago , that was in the complaint ,,, once again the sheriff dept,, by NOT doing there (JOBS) in the first place,, the brevard county sheriff dept.. After the law didn't do there job fail to portect ourproperty and keep people out of our home. When in fact the neighbors would call and report this partying going on,, in our home,, NO ONE,, not one arrest for break and entering or violaton the midnight burglary laws in the state of fla. Never,, no one going to jail with these act being commited over and over while the SHERIFF dept did not put a stop to this,,, or even notify us, that our home had been in fact been broking into.. WHATS GOING ON IN FLA.??? WHY ARE OUT OF START PROPERTY OWNER NOT GETTING EQUAL treatment and PROTECTION under the law????...
