Highly qualified swim instructors are offering lessons over the summer in your private pool or community pool in the Mira Mesa/ La Jolla area at a low price.

Ages 4 and up. All skill levels from beginners to competitive swimmers.

•Water adjustment for those who have little to no experience in the water and who wish to enter an exciting summer activity in a relaxing and fun environment.
•Stroke development to become independent and comfortable swimming on your own.
•Stroke refinement to become proficient in the four competitive strokes: butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle.
•Get in shape! We can provide custom workouts and coaching, whether it be for competitive swimming, triathlon training, or just to get fit.
•Get faster! Supplement your swim team training with highly specific stroke technique advice geared toward maximizing efficiency and reducing drag.
•Have fun! Learn skills that provide a foundation for water sports including surfing and water polo.

Private Lessons: $25/ 30mins, $45/hr
Groups of 2: $30/ 30mins, $55/hr
Discounts offered for larger groups and families.

Qualifications:

•9 years combined swim teaching/lifeguardin­g experience for children and adults.
•17 years combined competitive swimming experience.
•8 years combined club/varsity water polo experience.
•Competed on Div. II UC San Diego swim team.
•Competed on nationally renowned UCSD Triathlon team.
•Extensive knowledge of surfing technique and ocean safety.
