RhinoGenix Urban Boot Camp (UBC)
This is a hard-charging, martial arts-based fitness boot camp. UBC is for all fitness levels – whether you train daily or haven't worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. Urban Boot Camp is based upon the principles of discipline and motivation. We're all in this together - no one will ever embarrass or make you feel bad. The UBC program is about working together, having FUN, being motivated, and seeing REAL results!
RhinoGenix Personal Training
RhinoGenix provides one-on-one fitness instruction for people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs. We evaluate your physical fitness and keep track of your progress. We develop programs and choose exercises that provide the optimum results and take into account the activities that you enjoy. We act as motivators who can and will push you to your physical limits. We will demonstrate the movements and exercises recommended. We will teach the proper form and technique to achieve maximum results. We always provide encouragement and support for each client and work towards perfecting client's strengths and improving weaknesses.
RhinoGenix Teen Fitness/Teen Athlete Weight Training
Face it; kids don't get enough exercise these days. RhinoGenix has a program designed to enhance a teenager's training for improved personal fitness. This program is beneficial for all intramural sports. This training includes (but is not limited to) classical resistance and weight training, powerlifting, and will also improve cardio, endurance, coordination, and agility, plus boosts in confidence, self-esteem, and more!

Basic Martial Arts and Self Defense General Overall Fitness Football Swimming Baseball Softball Soccer Golf BMX Racing Skate Boarding Gymnastics Cheerleading Tennis
Note: We do not teach these skills. We offer different fitness training concepts and classes designed to help your teen develop strength, endurance, and attitude to accompany their skills in the above listed sports (with the exception of Basic Martial Arts and General Overall Fitness).
RhinoGenix Small Group Training
Perhaps you have a group of people that you would like to work out with. That's great! We can put together a customized session for 3 to 6 people to train in semi-private sessions of either weightlifting/cardio or Urban Boot Camp . Special rates apply
