Koli was saved from the pound in 2006 in her last hour. The intention of saving her has always been to adopt her out. Koli just has had bad luck in finding someone to adopt her.

She's been in rescue for over two years, could you change her luck and be her new family? She's happy in her current foster homes, but room needs to be made so other dogs can be saved from death row.
