It is ideal for bars, convenience stores, delis, pearl tea cafes, snack bars, and concession stands or anywhere a hood or vent system won't work (or is too expensive). It only uses 2'x2' of the counter space. Ventless so no hood required. In-built fire extinguisher. Fully Automatic...just load the food..and that's it...it fries, strains, and dumps the food in the tray...all without any supervision....truely fully automatic.
It's in like-new condition. I have used it for only few months. Still under warranty.
